I met Jo Ann through a Facebook photography group. This past May, her status update announced that she had an extra ticket to the ICP's Weegee: Murder Is My Business Opening .

I quickly responded, YES! We met, quickly bonded and have been friends ever since.

I am absolutely wowed by Jo Ann's photography! 

Jo Ann can really do it all - street photography, macro, portraits, landscapes, nature etc. In Jo Ann's words. "I love photography. Photographing the beauty around me everyday whether a flower, street scene in NYC or a face in the crowd, brings me joy. I love the feel of a camera in my hand, the sound the shutter makes, the technology of lenses and my Nikon and Canon."
