I was on jury duty at the end of this week and I noticed a few storefronts that were papered, glued, stickered, closed up. As I walked to a gallery opening (next blog piece) on Centre Street, this storefront wowed me. Lots of texture, color, translucence and dreaminess....

My cousin, Sabrina from Toronto was here for the weekend and through her, I was able to check off so many summer in the city attractions from my list - PS1 Warm Up, Five Pointz, The Alexander McQueen show at the MET, pizza at Roberta's in Brooklyn, and lastly the Highline Extension. Thanks Sabrina for your enthusiasm and genuine heart!
